Horrible Managment

The current management here is horrible.

The decent residents are leaving in droves.

The manager has no clue about how to keep the residents safe.

She lives on the property yet and is aware is the robberies, homeless people living on the roof, crimnal looking residents and visitors, and etc but is not proactive to do anything about it.

She's allowing the scum of scum to live here.

She seems more concerned about her vacancy quota and supporting the freeloading rugrats who live with her.
