The previous comments are a bit puzzling.

Homeless people living on the roof' Impossible. Crime on the property' Don't think so. Check out the Concord Police Department crime stats for this address and you'll see, other than for one auto burglary (their serch function covers 90 days at a time) there hasn't been anything else.

Someone else said that this is a sketchy neighborhood ... and that is somewhat true. But things are changing ... the city is revitalizing the downtown area and this is the first of many other residential complexes that are planned for the neighborhood. And geessshhhhh ... we're right across from the Concord Police Department ... so the police are close by. And the downtown area right down the street is very nice.

Lots of "questionable" people living here' Please ... it's called "diversity". There are retired people here ... older working adults, younger working adults, families, singles, a good mix. If you want pure white-bread, go to Walnut Creek :>).

The management staff is always very attentive, the maintenance guys are top-notch, and everyone that I've met here has been friendly.

The complex is fairly quiet ... but with about 200 apartments, there is bound to be noise at times. People do "live" you know'. Everything is well maintained.

Sure people are moving out ... it happens. And others move in. With lots of apartments in the complex, there is always going to be turnover.

The bottom line is that I have lived in many apartments over the years, here in California and across the county ... and this one is the absolute best.

Don't let a few disgruntled people, with questionable comments, scare you off.

Try it this place ... you'll like it :>)

this person I suspect is the office staff, who are the problem. I've been here for over 6 months and its not a good place to live. If there's a positive review its from the office staff.
