OVer priced apartment in poor neighborhood

I lived in the Legacy Park Central for over a year and its over rated.
You may have a nice living experience here if you have no problems or concerns along the way.
Over the past year, my car has been broken into (while security patrols)along with a series of other burglaries.
On average - one or two a week for a while there, a brothel seconds away from the police station, water heater explosion, 120% increase in utilities(water, trash, disposal)without notice,constant sound of sirens day and night from police & fire stations near by and several repairs had to be made to the appliances in my apartment.
I dont recommend it for the money you will pay and lack of respect you will recieve from management.
