I hear your frustration because you did some cleaning. I know that when you move you have to have your carpets professionally cleaned and pay for some paint. Its not enough to remove your stuff and vaccum the carpet.
I loved my place at Legacy Park Central. I expected to have to pay some bills when I moved out because I read my lease agreement and the move out letter. I am sure that if you would've waited to do a walk through you would've been able to. Did you have an appointment' Was the person in the office helping others ahead of you' You are a little harsh. Best of luck in your new place. I miss living at Legacy Park Central.

You should never have to pay to have your carpets cleaned and walls painted with normal were and tear. That is the apartment owners responsibility.
