i just moved into legacy park, so far all i can say is that the staff is friendly, the place is quiet as my apartment does not face the street bit faces the courtyard, well kept and safe.

i will definitely recommend it to anyne i know.I live with a 2 year old and i feel safe even swimming at 10 in the evening........it is on the border of a sketchy neighbourhood bt then you are living in downtown concord.As for the cpmplex itself its clean,safe and well maintaioned.it is pricy but you get what you pay for.trust me i have ssen other places aroubd for less.you dont want your kids there
