I don't know why the other tenants had such awful experiences; mine was as smooth as it could be.
The staff has always been super-friendly and helpful; the garage parking worked out great; and the place is really clean and quiet.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi are really among the best I have seen in apartments of this class.
The only cons--I think it's a little pricey, and the area is not the best (locating in Walnut Creek would've been much better).
Nonetheless, I loved living here and only moved away because I had to move to a different city.
