I've lived in many different apartments in different states and this apartment complex was by far my favorite.
The only reason we moved on was that we were finally able to buy a place of our own.
The staff was wonderful even before we moved in.
The location isn't necessarily the nicest, but it is convenient and if it were in Walnut Creek, you could expect to pay $500 to $1000 more per month.
The grounds were clean and quiet and the pool was beautiful.
I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the area.

Maybe you didn't live in the building that had the prostitution ring business that was beeing run out this complex? As for the pool being lovely. . . My Family & I lived here during the same time period as the above person & Whom ever was doing WHATEVER in the hot tub... was never apropriate & the managments solution of adding more chemicals resulted in our childern getting awfull rashes JUST where they dipped their legs in. I wonder if above person isn't trying to help them fill some of those dark windows we see when driving by. Well best of luck to you THIS complex NEEDS ALL THE HELP & security it can get. I'm just glad our corp lease is finally over!
