It's definitely not worth the money you pay.
Rent is ridiculously high, and although it's a decent apartment complex, it doesn't make up for the surrounding neighborhood.
I've heard so many stories of people getting their cars & apartments broken into.
And yes, most of those break ins happened in the parking garage.
Don't get that false sense of security of having the police station right there, crime still happens.
When we left the apartment, I had cleaned the apartment thoroughly.
This included me cleaning the bathroom/kitchen and all the appliances including the microwave/fridge/stove.
I shampooed the carpet and everything.
They had the nerve to still charge me over $250 for "Cleaning Fees"! The staff is horrible with the exception of one person.
I would definitely not live here again and would definitely recommend anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere!

Just a heads up look thru your $250 bill carefully, they tried to charge me for Utilities I had already paid off, then carpet cleaning (TWICE) wall patching, & general cleaning. They sent a collections agency to collect but when I faxed my receipts, & notes from the intial walk thru & notice of all bills paid out; the collection agency apologized. Watch out for the staff at Legacy, they're petty theives...

Crime happens in every neighborhood and it doesn't discriminate. People are not perfect and they do make mistakes. I am sure you are no different.
