I agree with much of what previous writers say. The ants were a big problem when you first move in but spray and ant traps took care of them. Parking can be bad because management really doesn't care and people just park wherever they want. There is visitor parking spots but some tenants just use them as their own personal spaces.

My biggest complaint is the thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors who play their music or video games at all hours with the volume cranked up. When I asked someone in the management office if they could please inform the neighbors to keep the volume down, their reply was you can always call the police to ask them.

On the plus side it is close to BART, and the grounds people do a good job keeping the area clean. There is also a pool and small workout area.

This place is run by Equity a large nationwide management company. So the people in the office here have no real stake in keeping the tenant happy. For the price you can find a better and less noisy place to live.
