terribly bad apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   There is hardly management. Nobody take care about your complaint. Parties last later after midnight. PG&E is skily high even in summer. Never think of taking any of your deposit back.
