Santos Plaza Apartments

Leasing agent is a nut. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I thought this complex would be a good match since I wanted to be central in Concord. The complex itself is "ok" as I did get a tour, but the management is less desirable and completly non-professional. I have challeneged credit and was completely upfront with her from the get go. Once she realized it she completely denied my application, even though I had perfect rental history from two other local complexes, been at my job for almost 10 years, and make plenty of money. Funny how I applied at two other complexes after and I got approved at both... She seems too distracted, always thinks she is right and doesnt let you finish your sentance. Please, if you consider living at this complex, remember that I warned you. Also, I am firm believer that everything happens for a reason and it is best that she did "deny" my app. I am as happy as ever at my newer, more spacious and more upscale apartment.
