Don?t expect maintainance. Kiss your security deposit goodbye!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Not much bang for your buck living here, although the rent is expensive and they'll gladly take it off you.

Maintainance was virtually none existent and the squeaky wheel does not get the grease. What you see is what you get: Be certain to make sure you have smoke detectors and locks that work; or be prepared to provide your own!

And don't expect your security deposit back. I barely even hung a picture on the wall and they nailed me for the full $600.
