Excellent value for the money!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I moved in March of 2003, and currently live at the Summit at Lime Ridge. The management is top notch and have been responsive to all of my needs. Read the previous review (May 2003) and don't really understand the gripe. I know mangagement evicted around 15-20 deadbeats about that time, in an effort to make things better for all. As for me, I started out w/ a one bedroom apt, upgraded to a 2 bedroom and received my entire $700 deposit back. My 2 bedroom apt was upgraded w/ new cabinets, appliances, linoleum and the upstairs bathtub was reenamelled. There is an active Neighborhood Watch program, with monthly meetings, and they've just installed new lighting in all of the parking areas. With the nearby hiking trail, on the ridgeside, and the beautiful pine trees nearby, I consider this my "diamond in the rough"!!!
