We saw this place improve with dramatic results with more scrutiny of new tenants and then with management changes and ownership changes it seems that they will let anyone move in now. There is a lot more vandalism with kids running around in packs doing as they please.....no parental supervision. They have begun to improve on the outside which was already nice but neglected to improve on problems internally that have gone on for years, such as electrical heating (a 2bd is over $200 a month) and plumbing, it is a nightmare. The contractors they have been using also do not respect that there are children around and do not secure supplies and leave dangerous items such as nails on patios and sidewalks...just about everywhere. I would do everything in my power to never have to live here again once we move out.
