The first night I moved into this apartment complex several cars windows were broken out and the cars were vandalized. The apartment complex is positioned between 2 trailer parks and people come over the fence searching through the garbage cans as well as checking the car doors to see if their unlocked to steal. My neighbor had her home broken into, people from across the street would be on the grounds doing drugs. After only being there for 6 months I was informed that I would need to move because they were converting the apartment into condos or I could purchase the apartment as a condo. I did not feel safe living in this complex and the apartment manager was very rude not approachable and the maintanence would leave the doors unlocked after repairing or fixing things in my apartment. I do not recommend this complex as a home or anything esle.
