Sunridge Apartments

From: unhappyrenter02004 Date posted: 9/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   i have lived in this complex for 8 yrs. in the last 3 yrs my rent has gone from $625 a month to $1040 all because they did "renovations" a little paint and new carpets. parking is a total nightmare because of alot of broke down car taking up all the free parking spaces. since turning into low income housing there has been alot of low life drug users moving in. the pools have been condemned by the health dept. twice this year. in the apartment guide they proudly say "3 sparkling pools" wheres the sparkle' the laundry rooms close at 8pm and with 199 apartments good luck doing laundry. overall DONT MOVE TO SUNRIDGE APTS.
