BUT I SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS LIKE CAR BREAK INS, POOR MANAGEMENT THAT THEY DONT RESPOND TO YOUR NEEDS, BAD MANTANCE PEOPLE NOT FIXING THINGS, WHATS IS THE DEAL HERE. I WHAT SOMEONE THAT LIVES THERE TO TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE, IT ONLY HAS A 36% RECOMMENDATION. DO THE RESTROOMS REALY SMELL LIKE CIG SMOKE ALL THE TIME. PLEASE REPLY
