Ashton Apartments

Very happy new move in.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I recently moved into The Ashton and am very satisfied with my new home. I have read the reviews of the others on this site and have to disagree with virtually everything that was said. Be careful not to believe everything that you read. The property staff in new to the Ashton, so there are fresh faces and really they care about you as a person, not just as an apartment number. The maintenance staff is knowledgable and friendly. I realize that I live in an apartment and will occasionally hear my neighbors, but that is the nature of apartment living. The property is kept clean, the parking is great (I can always find a space if needed). The property has 3 pools that are maintenanced on a daily basis. The new staff has done (and are continuing) to property upgrades as far as landscaping and sprinkler systems. I feel very safe here, while I realize that my safety is not the property's responsibility, I have never had an issue and I am a single mom. The price is very reasonable and overall I am very satisfied with my lovely new home!!
