Liked most things except for $150 rent increase From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We actually lucked out living here because we had pretty quiet neighbors. The mantinence staff was terrific and the office people very nice and professional. The appliances weren't the nicest but overall we enjoyed living here. My biggest complaint was when our lease was up they uped our rent $150. Ridiculous!
