I moved from Long Beach to Corona thinking it would be a better place to raise my kids and move close to my mom. When I came to view the apartment I loved it. it was quiet and cheaper than what I was currently paying. When I arrived on my move in day my apartment was not ready. Nothing but the painting had been done. I had no choice but to move my things in on a dirty floor because it was Saturday and I was told the capet installers were booked. The next month new management moved in with no knowledge of my carpet situation and all the other maintainence needs I had like the dish washer not working, my stove and vents needed to be replaced, I had vertical blinds missing. I lived here for 6 months none of the things that should have been fixed when I move in were done despite all the maintenace requests. I forgot they did shampoo my carpet once but never replaced it as I was promised. The front and back gates were always broken. People were always hanging out and playing loud music and letting their kids run wild. My son was always told to come in the house because he was outside with out a parent but all the other kids continued to play outside throwing rocks int int parking lot and fighting with sticks. The office staff was rude and needs a course in customer service. They harrass you when rent is late and avoid you when you need something done in your apartment. The trash dumpsters where always full with old matresses and couches residents would through i there. Don't live here if you can help it.
