I THINK ITS NICE...

I JUST RECENTLY MOVED IN HERE TO THESE APARTMENTS FOR THE FIRST TIME ON MY OWN.

THE RENT IS VERY REASONABLE AND STAFF IS EXCELLENT.

I HAVE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS IN THE BEGINNING BUT THOSE GOT FIXED BY MAINTENANCE VERY QUICKLY.

I THINK ITS VERY QUIET HERE AT LEAST THE SECTION I AM IN VIA SANTIAGO SIDE.

I USUALLY NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PARKING AND I FEEL VERY SECURE HERE.

ITS IN AN OK AREA IF YOU GO FURTHER SOUTH ITS NEW AND NICE AREA ON 10TH AND ONTARIO AVE HOWEVER, IF YOU DRIVE DOWN 6TH STREET TOWARDS LINCON ITS NOT SO NICE.

OH AND THERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF GRAFFITI.
