Country Hills

I agree completely with the last comments made about Country Hills Apartments. I am a current resident and had to call the police twice last night because our lovely neighbor refused to turn down his music. He kept waking up my household which includes my infant daughter. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering these apartments to search elsewhere. Management lied to get us into our apartment we asked before we signed the lease if water and trash were paid for by them or do we pick up the tab. They told us that they take care of water and trash. We found this to be untrue as soon as we moved in and received our first bill from ISTA. I asked numerous tenants who stated the samething they were also told that those utilities were covered by management. We were also unaware at the time we moved in that this is a low-income community,They post annual notices on your front door asking to verify number of residents and the household income. As most know you get more issues with low income communities and I would have never moved here if I was given the truth. Oh and about those water notices be prepared to have your water shut off about 2x every month atleast thats how its been with us. Also these pet owners are ridiculous they let the dogs crap everywhere and dont pick it up so there it sits on the grass infront of your apartment for a week. This place is horrible and nothing has been done to improve it. Plus a lot of the apartments that are on the supermarket side have roaches and management has not done anything about it. There is so much wrong with this place and I will bring up the mail box issue too.. there is a trash can right there in the mail area yet these lazy idiots throw all the junk mail on the floor infront of the mail boxes which of course causes a mess. I can't wait until my lease is finally up we are out of here and not looking back.
