I haven't lived in this building but i did come in and apply for an apartment the management was very unprofessional and rude they took my deposit on the apartment and then called me and said if i couldn't move in within 8 days they couldn't give me the special on the rent but the could hold the same exact apartment at a higher price..now does that make any sense at all same place higher rent all because i wanted to move in on the 25th of the month instead of the 18th don't waste your application fee on these nuts i'm sure if more people knew about this website you would see alot more complaints I am so glad i found this website before i took them my deposit thank you to all the previous people that left a comment
