Good and Not so Good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I really liked the 3 bedroom floorplan, the color schemes and the great location. Aside from the loud rap music, People walking down the sidewalks late at night would talk way too loud not being considerate of others. Yes, my car was broken into as well. Its a California thing not just limited to Deerwood. If your car is not parked in a locked garage it is only only a matter of time before it is stolen or broken into! California= High Crime! God Love California
