I give Deerwood a good rating, but there is a roach and trash issue. Also if anyone walks in the carport area, you can hear there entire conversation in the bedrooms. I don't know if it's poor insulation or a window problem. Our neighbors are great, you never hear a word from them, and they are very pleasant. We live in the middle, but you wouldn't know we even had anyone above us. There is however alot of uncontrollable roaches. It doesn't matter how many times sprayed they will not go away.
