Noise! Messy Carpet! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This has to be the noisiest apartment I've ever lived in! The kids are running and yelling as soon as they get out of school until 10 pm, and the gardeners are here EVERY DAY doing something -- mowing, blowing, edging -- and the mowing takes forever! It's sad I have to close the windows and turn on my A/C (oh, and the gardeners start at 7 am, too!) Maintenance is nothing to brag about. I asked them to fix the garbage disposal and they actually left a tool so I could fix it myself next time!!! Are they kidding''' When maintenance is late they give you an excuse and you're supposed to be "understanding" -- just see how understanding they are if you're a day late with the rent! Fork over the $50 late charge bucko! There's not enough parking. Some people double park behind each other in their carport. Someone said there's a security patrol, but I've never seen them (unless it's one of those rent-a-cops that drive around the parking lot -- like criminals are hanging out under bright lights') Nope, $1350 for a 3 BR with lousy, lousy stained carpet isn't much of a bargain. I'll be moving soon and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
