Horrible managment and scam artists From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The managment is the worst I have ever seen. Connine likes to go on power trips. The maintance takes forever. You don't get water bills unless you consider a post it note on your door a bill. We got a move in special on our appartment cause the carrpet was old and when we moved out they try and charge us $1000 dollors to put in new carrpet. And they did not give us a recepit as to where the rest of our $600 deposit went. It was the worst place I have lived in ever.
