I have been living here almost a year and they have found several rats in the air vents. every so often we will smell a akward smell, and when maint. comes all they do is pull out a dead rat, and put in a new trap. No compensation or anything. If you like rats, then this is the place for you. the people in managment are dirty rats to.

P.S. my boyfriend got his car broken into, and they stole his CD player, subs, and amp after living there for only two weeks.
