If you have read the other reviews you will notice one thing... we all have the same complaints. On a daily basis my biggest complaint would be parking. I guess if you only have one vehicle you get your spot but, we have two cars and when we get home from work it is a nightmear trying to find a space. Recently it has become impossible to find parking at all. I have considered parking at the grocery store rather than on the otherside of the complex where there is no lighting and the walk would be nearly as far. After being here for only a few months our car was broken into and the hoodlums stole the stero, subs, etc., they did a clean job I must say (aside from the broken window) they are pros. Management could care less about that though... they didn't even return my phone calls. I had to call several times before speaking to someone about the issue and then of course they informed me they are not responsible and to file a police report. And the caliber of tenants leaves something to be desired. Rowdy, unsupervised children run the grounds and if you try to speak to their parents about anything they attack you. My son was bit by one persons dog (the little rat came bolting out the door ran down the stairs only to bite him in the groin area) I calmly went to talk to the owner just to verify that the dog had current shots and she attacked me and demanded to see where he was bit. Of course we showed her and she only mumbled something like "damn stupid dog", no apology or anything. And then of course there are the loitering, pieces of scum who are out and about working on their cars at all hours of the day and night... It makes you feel quite uncomfortable if you happen to park near them because you wonder if they have installed your stereo into their peice of crap car.
I will vouch for the maitenance crew though... I have no complaints about them or their work. Always friendly, wether they are coming in to fix something or just passing them in the morning. They smile and they say good morning. And when they fix anything they do it quickly and right the first time around.

Its funny though... when we first moved in we thought we had hit the jackpot. Very spacious, decent layouts, resonable pricing... and then the rose colored glasses fall off your face.

Cars get broken into everyday and everywhere. What would you like the office to do. If you report to the police the will at least have it on record and if it becomes a big problem they will increase patrols. If the property did not care, they would not have filed a report and installed camera's throughout the area. Unfortunately our police department in Corona is not very responsive to any crime issues. If they were even as close to being on top of things like Irvine PD. This whole area would be a better place to live.

Management started a neighborhood watch program to help the residents get to know each other and to look out for each other. If you see people loitering, call the police. Pick up the phone and do something about it. Not just waste your time writing a bad review. It would have taken you less time to go to the meeting than it did to write the novel above.

Our registration tags, stereos, subs, and our spare tires have been stolen here. We are parked right next to those stupid cameras. When I called the manager to tell her about what's been going on and asked if the cameras might have caught anything. She said "the cameras are motion detected, so you'd have to know the specific time that the crime occurred." UMMM OK, it's not like I stay awake with my watch next to my car to watch what time it gets jacked. So dumb!
