I live in Deerwood. I Love it. I love my apartment and the spaciousness. I love the area. Im close to everything. I love the price im paying. If theres a problem I can call the office and be reassured that the maintanance guys will fix it within 48 hours because they have a service gaurentee. The office is kind, and listen well. I know because ive lived in many apartment communities that there are always going to be issues beyond anyones control. Noisy neighbors, crime, etc. However, When I bring it to the attention of the office staff they help solve the problem. Living in an apartment community generally isn't going to be perfect. But I like where I live. Im not going to dwell on the negative. I DO recommend this place to residents. I truly DO.
