We have been living here since 2007 and man the changes i have seen....I've watched so many office staff come and go. It almost seems like they have gotten desperate and started to rent to ANYONE...Teenagers at all hours outside, there's supposed to be a time cut off for people to be out of the pool area by 10pm that doesn't really happen the "security guard" right now is just here socializing possibly bringing buddies to swim and hang out who knows!!!! People are always inviting ghetto %$# people over here making all kinds of noise. Someone attempted to steal my rims a while back and just recently tried to take off with my vehicle as if i wasn't on my way to it and i caught him. The pool is always packed like a public rec pool I don't even think there r that many people at the Y swimming, even in the summer. My kids don't play outside either there are nosy neighbors complaining that my 2 yrs old isnt being watched(and i can see them from my balcony) or there's teenagers basically young adults coming out of high school sitting hanging out smoking on the bench and having little kids "play fight" each other cussing talking in vulgar language. It's NOT COOL. Long Story Short...I wonder if they are starting to accept subsidized housing (aka section 8) here it is the MINI GHETTO. I have voiced my concerns and complaints nothing has been done. right now they are painting and making it look real nice to get people in here. the rent has also become attractive and MUCH LOWER than what I am paying. guess thats why all this ghettoness is going on. I saw dudes playing dice someone's parking stall the other day, I have never lived anywhere with that going on i've only seen and heard of that in movies r the projects throughout LA and grimey places. YEP SO ghetto gambling people in and out that don't live here, obnoxious teenagers, just rediculous.... hot ass mess!!!!

How old are you... you seem to complain about everything.. kids, teenagers, people playing, the pool... are you sure you are not the problem??

Everything this person stated is absolutely true. I just moved out approx. 3 months ago and was only there for a year. It's bad and very ghetto like. The mouths on the children (ages 5 and up ) is atrocious and yes the older kids do encourage fighting. If you have kids please protect them and go elsewhere!!! By the way, security was kicking it with the less desirable residents....catch my drift?!

I'm so happy to have been out of that rat hole more than 2yrs now. I had a feeling it would only get worse and looks as though I was right.
