It has not always been the greatest place. But, the owners are putting in lots of money into the property. The just painted it and are doing a ton of landscaping. Lots of the kids they are talking about have disappeared, (the grounds are patrolled regualrly). The management is kicking out all the problems.

Give it a chance! I live here and love it and it is getting better by the day!!
