RELOCATED FROM OUT OF STATE....EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT!!!!

I relocated to California from Downtown Chicago. I had previewed at Triana, Ashton, Crossings and several other apartment buildings in the Corona Area. I flew back to Chicago to finish up my work. But I actually rented my 1 bedroom townhouse off of floorplans via fax. I was terrified since I had not seen the unit before. I showed up with all of my belongings after the 2500-mile drive. I was SO relieved and very happy. My unit is great! Skylight in the bathroom, great two level floorplan, full-size laundry, appliances provided.
My only compliant was only temporary. Metric the former Management Company was leaving the day after I started my lease. They had quickly turned very unprofessional during the process.
The property is now owned and managed by RREEF. I was very familiar with RREEF a Chicago based real estate investment company. It seemed alittle hectic in May/June trying to get everything in order after the previous management company. My experience has been good with the quick maintenance crew and helpful management staff.
It is my understanding after talking with the management that they are beginning a complete refurbishment of the complex as units are turned over. So guess things are going to get even better.
