decent place to live From: bekalawez1 Date posted: 12/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived here for a year and didn't have any problems. If there was ever a problem it was fixed within that day or two. great meintence staff! however when my year was up, I was charged for carpet cleaning even though I kept it in great condition because that is just "their" policy. so just a heads up... dont stress on keeping the "light colored" carpet clean because you will be charged no matter if its clean or not. I would not live here again only because the rent it to much for the apartment, even though its remodeled and has new everything. you can find other apartments in the area for a cheaper price. I also would like to make a note that if you want a cleaner and better area to live i would recommend to live on the north side of the complex. the south side is where they put people that have animals that NEVER pick up their poop! and where they put families with roudy kids. the pool isnt kept up as much as the main pool and the gate is often broken from the wild kids that live there.
