Yo!

Find somewhere else to live

Amber is the only organized, nice one there. Still, she is managed by bad managers who have her dancing on a string. Apartment looks nice but have rodent and spider problems. Bad plumbing caused flooding in next building over from me that affected several apartments. Some assaults and rapes on property were recognized by management and flyers were taped to our door stating these stories were carried by the news. This is the reason residents were informed. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Yes, we pay for and have assigned parking but anyone can park anywhere and nothing is done. If they park in the same spot three times, then they "might" be towed. All in all, this is a very bad place to live for the following reasons: not safe, parking not guaranteed, rodents / insects (black spiders, bugs)inside apartment (maintenance did not take care of it), very rude management, incompetent management, disorganized management, outside lighting is often out and does not get fixed. Find an apartment elsewhere to live. This one may look good on the outside but is not worth it.
