I have lived here since sept 2003, I should have known that this place sucks because they kept on raising the down payment on me, then when I arrvied onmy move in date they had no idea I was supposed to move-in that day...... Okay YOLIE,YOLIE,YOLIE,YOLIE, has to be the lasiest person on the face of this planet she will not move off her chair to do anything. I was in the office to get a gate opener because of course mine did not work, at the same time a lady went in because her mail key was stuck in the mailbox and Yolie said that she could not do anything about it and she would have to leave the key there. Come on get off your ass and help her take it out...Everytime I have a problem unfortunately when Yolie is there it is never solved. Everyone else in the office is okay.. I also dont like the fact that they have the need to change the lease every 6 months when I moved in I had a satellite installed I made sure it was okay to mount it on the balcony according to Marquessa staff it was fine until 6 months later I receive a letter stating to take the dish down immediately because they decided to change the rules so I get to fork out $100 to buy a tripod and have someone install the dish again.. Not to mention the fact that I get to pay another $50 for a gate opener that I had to exchange because it did not work anymore...


If you have more than 1 car dont move here of course youll be able to park 1 in the garage, but if you have a big car such as a SUV you cant because the garages are so small you can hardley fit a regular sedan in it. The 2nd car you will have to walk about 10 min to get home because there is never any parking here and sometimes you cant even get in your garage because people double park in front of your garage and wont move for 20-30 min. The apartment itself is nice if we had better staff in the office it would be better. All in All I do not recommend living here its way to much to be treated like dirt!!!!!!!!!
