Dirty and very noisy. The staff is rude and not helpful. Your neighbors go through your trash so you better shredd what you don't want them to see. Have a problem with your neighbors noise then watch out. This is more of a dormatory than a place to live. Staff is unprofessional and will yell at you in front of other future tenants.
