Marquessa Apartments

Big, big nightmare. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE and they have been promising for almost a year to do something about it. Quite frankly they just don't care. I read the reviews before I moved in and very specifically asked about the parking. They PROMISED that it would be fixed and that I shouldn't worry. There really is no benefit to living in a gated community when you have to park outside the gates at night and the gates are always broken. Yes, we have a garage but there are two of us living in a 2br apartment which seems pretty realistic. Hmm, maybe they are letting too many people occupy an apartment in violation of the law! I had a brief problem with noise but the tenants were asked to leave. Supposedly they are looking into assigning outdoor spaces .... maybe they'll do it in the next decade.
