Where should I start' Parking is a disaster, if you come in after 5p, you might as well just not come home. The garages are a real treat to have...when they're not broken...oh maybe that's because of the power-washing (or at least that's what the airhead management told me). When I first moved in, I had issues with my phone jacks, apparently since someone unlocked the box my line was being spliced by another tenant. I really thought it was great how they sent a maintenance man, who doesn't know english, to "check out" the problem. Needless to say, I was w/o service for about 3-4 days. I also think it's great that when the garage door malfuntions they want to charge me $50 to have the same maintenance guy come manually open the garage. Ever see an electric garage door almost fall on a man' It's quite the whimsical patheic sight. As far as crime, the police are over here quite often, more than one car. Someone had their rims stolen (all 4) and my car was broken into. Oh but don't worry new tenants, the place is getting a facelift, you won't even know all of the crap you'll have to deal with. My advice, get it in writing (whatever they tell you at the point of move-in,if you want to communicate w/ management take an advanced course in "Stupid" and keep an attorney's number on hand...just in case.
