I am so suprised at the comments being made about Marquessa on this website! I am currently a resident of Marquessa and have been for several months. I personally found that the office staff was wonderful! Ecspecially Leigh! She took time with me and was excited for me with my new apartment! I agree that parking can be difficult, but the residents need to utilize their garage for their vehicles and not for storage! It is ashame to blame Marquessa for the problems that the residents create!!!!!!!

We love the pool with the new furniture, the paint job, etc. etc. etc.! I hope that Marquessa reads this website! We love you!
