I found the other two reviews terrbily misleading, so I decided to write my own. First of all, I have never experienced any problems with roaches or ants (could it be a personal problem w/ the other tenants''). As for the service, I have only needed to have maintenance come over once, and they were there w/in 24hrs. The grounds are very well kept. They have raquetball courts which are awesome. The staff is great. They DO have security 24hrs a day. The Corona PD is across the street, if you need them, they are there immediately. It?s convenient to all locations including the freeways. What more could you want'!'! Only problem is parking on the weekends. Laundry is inside the apartments. No public laundry to deal with. =)
