My wife and I moved into this complex in February 2004. We lived at another complex right on the Riverside/Corona border and were broken into during broad daylight.
We moved here out of desperation....and ultimately, we are glad that we did.
Rent is high, but then, you get what you pay for. We feel safer than we did at the old place -- and besides, I wanted to move back to Corona.
Parking is horrible, I agree.
Initially, when we moved in, our downstairs neighbor was horrible. I do think he was evicted and ever since, we've really had no problems.
Yes, you can hear the pipes in the walls, but it's an apartment. One has to realize that an apartment is NOT a house. With that realization in mind, we're pretty ok.
My wife and I just renewed our lease on Sunday. And in regard to the comments that management is always changing.....that is not valid. Leigh and Yolie are always in the office and I see them around town and they know my wife and I by name...and they were there a year ago and they are there today.....I'm not sure where the person get's off with saying managment is always changing.......but it's not.
Anyway, I give this place a yes.
