The office staff is rude and ditzy. They sent out a warning to all residents that reminded them that they may not use the garages as storage. They never followed up, and as a result there is never any parking available after 5 in the evening. The complex also seems to draw an "upper lower" class of residents, former trailer park residents, as witnessed by a few residents throwing beer bottles into the dumpster from several yards away. The aprtments themselves have a nice layout and are generally well cared for, but the carpeting is pretty nasty, especially if the former tenant had a pet. There are probably very few good apartment complexes in Corona, but the Marquessa is certainly at the bottom of the lower end. I'm pretty sure that the positive reviews are placed by the office personnel, as they are completely false. Bottom line, look somewhere else if you don't want to live in a vertical trailer park.
