WOW - I called, Orin never called me back for the specials, afraid now

I wanted to cut costs. I called here instead of payment the big prices to live in OC, Orin in the office never called back with the specials, he told me he would. I called again. After reading these reviews, yelk. Forget it. I'll pay extra to go somewhere else. This complex has the worst and the most reviews of any complex I've read anywhere in the US. Thank you apartmentratings.com ! I almost made another big mistake.
