Be warned this place is awful. I lived here for 1 year and could not wait for the lease to end. The management is awful and Leigh Jesup in the rental office was very deceitful in her description of the property and parking. We were told the carpet would be replaced prior to moving in and this was never done. The apartment was never cleaned prior to our move in and was an absolute dump. The roof leaked and someone continuously threw their trash into our garage. Parking is awful and no one uses their garage to park only to store their junk. STAY AWAY!

I was recently in the office and there is a new Manager. She is on top of things. I was told that she is going to conduct a garage check to verify if the garages are being used for parking and not storage. I like living here. Try contacting the new manager, maybe she will be more receptive to your issues.

They sent out flyers a couple months ago about the garage checks... but I never saw them actually do anything and all the garages around mine are still either storing crap or used as motorcycle workshops. They're just making it seem like its being handled to get you off their backs... they don't care.
