I lived here for a year and I'm so glad to be gone. The parking is totally insane... the staff is completely deceitful... the grounds are unsafe - gates are always broken and someone was even robbed at gunpoint while I was there. I was constantly worrying about my wife's safety on the nights she had to work late. And the never-ending noise from all the kids yelling and screaming, and dragging their toys up and down the stairs. I was skeptical of the negative reviews on this site before I moved in, but I'll tell you now they're pretty accurate. This place IS awful!
