My fiance and I moved here in November 2008. He moved from Colton and I moved from Laguna Beach in order to consolidate and save money to buy a house.

From the moment we first visited the property, we were given personal attention and treated wonderfully. The process to move in was quick and painless. I have moved about 10 times in my life and they've always been a headache.

We both have found Marquessa to be very quiet and clean. Maintenance has always been very prompt to fix things when they go wrong. The office staff are very friendly and I even go in and chat sometimes when picking up our mail. It's walking distance to everything (Walmart, Vons, Home Depot, Costco, Petsmart & more), and seconds from the freeway.

For the price and the size it's a great deal. The only complaint we have is the lack of parking but coming from Laguna Beach, a city with no parking and very few garages, it isn't nearly as bad, besides exercise is good. That's just how apartment complexes go. There will always be parking issues and you will always hear kids & neighbors. Wheher you live in a house or a complex, there will always be the risk for cars to get broken into or vandalism.

Usually boards like this mostly have complaints, which is understandable. I just thought I would give a few of the good points my fiance and I have experienced to even out the reviews for prospective tenants.

Yeah I take this back.....it is now July and we have had nothing but problems. This place is a ghetto. We've had stuff stolen from our garage and there are low-life's everywhere. DON'T MOVE HERE!
