My wife and I have lived here for about a year now and we decided to not renew our lease. We had a few problems from the get go. We had made the decision to move here based on the apartment that we thought we were going to get, but there was a mistake in the paperwork and we received the wrong apartment. We decided to move in anyways hoping that the one we wanted would come available, we then found out that we would have had to pay another deposit. Not so good. I am not the type to complain about noise, but we had a downstairs neighbor that would blast their radio, and when I say blast I mean BLAST!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats fine on a Saturday afternoon, but on Tuesday night. Kind of rude. The maintenence crew is nice and mean well, but they dont always fix things the first time. The office staff is a little condescending and rude at times, accept one of them Marlene. She will try to go out of her way to help you, so if you are going to deal with anybody try and deal with her. My wife and I feel that the sum of all these things is dragging Parcwood down and also feel that in the past few months we have seen a change in the residents and a lot of shady business on the grounds. I dont get involved but I do believe that drug transactions are taking place. Now would you feel that your kids are safe in that invironment' I wouldnt think so. Think twice before moving here, but if you like the party type neighbors go for it. Just see Marlene first.
