The place is fairly nice. The community is located in a very nice part of Corona and it's hardly ever noisy. There are some people who can be a bit noisy, but it's not a chronic problem. The community is very well kept and very green with lots of trees and shade which is nice when it gets hot. The fitness center, last time I went, was not very good. The machines were broken and there really wasn't much for me to do there except sit in the sauna, after it warmed up enough half an hour after I turned it on. If you want to work out, get a gym membership. The parking can be a slight problem sometimes only because everyone is assigned one carport. I used to get home at 2am from work and my wife would leave the carport open since she would find close guest parking. But when I arrive home, somebody has parked in my carport. It's happened about 10 times in the 4 months I've lived here. Their policy regarding that is that you have to put a note from the office on the car and then give them a courtesy 4 days before the tow truck can come. So for a whole week I can be out of a carport. I think that is stupid. As far as the apartment, it is very nice and the master bedroom is EXTREMELY spacious. Nice walk in closet in master bedroom, and the guest bathroom is nice too. The guest bath is slightly larger than the master bath. Walls and ceilings are kind of thin and you hear the plumbing from other units frequently, but nothing big. Overall, I like the place and will probably stay a little longer unless I find a place closer to work and worth the move. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
