When I first moved in here, this was a very nice place. Two clean pools, two working jacuzzi's, a rec room that could be rented out for private parties, a gym and management that listened and got to you for repairs. That was gone after 1 year.
Now the pools are not clean and filled with people from outside of the complex, jacuzzi's that are cold and don't work properly; no rec room (it got turned into an Equity (corporate owner) training rooom - yes paid by our ever rapidly growing rents) and management that you can never get a hold of. Oh wait... you can reach them as long as you are willing to call again and again and again until you finally get a live body and hopefully the person you want to talk to. Repairs' What are those'
Parking stinks! Rather than assigning parking spots to each unit, you can park 2 buildings away so that some units take up to 2 parking spots plus their garages!
Crime in the complex - you bet. Do you get to know about it.... sure if you read the police reports or if you start asking neighbors.
Neighbors are noisy' Don't ask management to do anything, they may leave a note on the door and that should take care of it right' ummm...NO!
Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. One that is not owned by Equity!
